I work with young adults who feel stuck in stories that don't reflect their true selves. Whether it's the story of "I'm not good enough," "I always mess things up," or "I can't change," we'll work together to create new, more empowering narratives.
Life can feel like you're carrying a weight you never agreed to pick up. Old stories play on a loop, telling you you're not enough. Patterns you promised you'd break keep showing up. It can leave you feeling disconnected from the person you know you're meant to be.
This journey is captured by an ancient idea: Solve et Coagula, meaning "to dissolve and to rebuild."
This is the gentle release. It's the sacred work of melting away the armor you built to protect yourself, but which now keeps you from truly living. It's the process of unburdening your heart from old pains and quieting the critical voices that are not your own. It is the deep exhale you've been waiting for.
From that space of release, we begin to piece together what is true. We gather the scattered parts of yourself and weave them into a stronger, more authentic whole. This is where you find your voice again, learn to trust your intuition, and build a life that feels like solid ground—a life that is truly yours.
